Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and comply with applicable laws to use our services.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent activity is detected.

Cryptocurrency Transactions

We facilitate cryptocurrency trading, investment, and wallet management.

When you register for an account, you must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You acknowledge the inherent risks of investing in cryptocurrencies and agree that CRIFS INVESTMENT LIMITED is not liable for any losses.

All applicable fees, including transaction and management fees, will be disclosed before transactions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms.

Compliance with Nigerian Regulations

Our services comply with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) guidelines on digital assets.

Users must adhere to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations governing digital asset trading.

We reserve the right to block transactions suspected of illegal activities.

Fees and Charges

Transaction fees may apply and will be disclosed on our platform.

We reserve the right to adjust fees at our discretion.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for securing your login credentials and must not engage in illegal or fraudulent activities, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or cybercrimes.

Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency values are volatile, and past performance does not guarantee future returns. Crifs Investment Limited is not responsible for financial losses due to market fluctuations.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement, including the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. 

Dispute Resolution

If the parties opt for alternative dispute resolution, any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Terms and Policy, including its existence, validity, interpretation or termination shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties, and if no agreement is reached within 30 days, an arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the rules of an arbitration institution. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be determined by mutual agreement of the parties at the time of dispute and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
